I don’t know about you, but lately it feels like every fashion Substack I subscribe to is talking about getting their colors done. The seasonal color analysis fad from the ’80s is majorly back thanks to TikTok. It’s trending so much Elle even asked, “Is Color Analysis the New Astrology?” I guess that would mean…

I’m a Pisces, Cap rising, Scorpio moon… and a Light Spring with a Light Summer crossover.

Ok, I’m getting ahead of myself. So, what’s a seasonal color analysis? Basically, it’s a way to figure out which colors flatter you the most based on your natural coloring. A pro usually does it by holding up swatches next to your bare face and showing you which shades make you glow and which ones wash you out.
